Grilled bacon-wrapped leeks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • e.g. ham, smoked, or bacon
  • Pepper or herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut open the bottom part of the leek (the light part), lightly pepper the inside or sprinkle with herbs, and roll it in ham or bacon, overlapping halfway between the slices. Then grill until the ham is nice and crispy.
