Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 150 g ham (salmon ham), thin slices
  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet(s) or pork fillet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

from chicken breast fillet or pork fillet

Mix the cream with crème fraîche, tomato paste, and paprika to make a sauce. Cut the meat into small medallions, season with salt and pepper, and wrap with the salmon and ham slices. Place the fillet parcels in a casserole dish, pour over the sauce, and bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes. I always serve this with spaetzle and broccoli.
