Spaghetti with tuna and roasted pine nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • ½ garlic clove(s), Chinese
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • some lime peel, organic, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

a quick, tasty after-work dish

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, shred the drained tuna and tear the dill into small strands and finely chop. Finely chop the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the tuna, dill, and lime juice. Thin the mixture with a ladleful of pasta water and stir in the drained spaghetti. Fold in the Parmesan cheese and pine nuts and season well.
