Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 2 ½ tsp paprika powder, sweet or hot as desired
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp, heaped peppercorns, pink, roughly crushed
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the tomato paste with the paprika powder and the softened butter. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the peppercorns before serving. Your paprika butter is ready. It pairs well with pork, beef, and lamb.
