Egg salad with salmon

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 4 gherkins
  • 2 jars of fish (pollock schnitzel)
  • mayonnaise
  • some condensed milk, 10% (about 6 tbsp)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse, peel, and finely chop. Finely dice the cucumbers and onions. Drain the pollock schnitzel well. Place all prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise. Then add a little canned milk (about 6 tablespoons) and mix well again.
