Green spelt soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 70 g green spelt, crushed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ stalk leek
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 liter of water
  • herbal salt
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • nutmeg
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Parsley
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dry roast the green spelt meal, add water (stirring firmly with a whisk), add the finely chopped onion and finely chopped vegetables, and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the butter and parsley.
