- 4 cl cognac
- some honey
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Grill the banana in its skin until it is almost black. Split it open on one side and pour in 2 cl of cognac. Return the banana to the grill and grill until it is black and the cognac has absorbed the flavor. Then remove it from the grill and place it on a plate. Gently squeeze the ends of the banana to open it. Pour in the remaining 2 cl of cognac and a little runny honey. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt and enjoy warm.
