Cod fillet Mexican style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of fish fillet(s) (cod, approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce (Texicana Salsa, 200 ml)
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 225°C (top and bottom heat). Wash the cod fillets, pat dry, and cut into large cubes. Grease a baking dish with butter and add the fish cubes. Whip the cream until semi-stiff, mix with the Texicana salsa, and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Garnish with dill and serve with rice.
