Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip) (Balance), or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 50 g capers
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • Salt
  • n. B. herbs, e.g. dill, parsley
  • e.g. milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with very little mayonnaise

Finely chop the egg, capers, cucumber, and herbs. Combine the Miracle Whip, sour cream, and mustard. Stir everything together and season with salt. Let it sit for at least 1 hour. If you prefer it a little more liquid, you can thin it with milk or cream.
