Peach-Kiwi Milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 peach(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml sour milk
  • 1 tsp hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the peach and kiwi. Remove the peach pit and cut the fruit into eighths, then place in a tall container. Add a pinch of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of sour milk and puree everything with a hand blender. Pour the remaining sour milk over the fruit puree and whisk well. Pour the milkshake into a highball glass and garnish with chopped hazelnuts. Tip: If the drink is too thick, stir in a little more skimmed milk.
