Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 4 gherkins
  • 3 capers
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with grilled food, fondue, raclette…

Finely chop the pickles, onion, and capers and mix well in a bowl with sour cream and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
