Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 anchovy fillets, from the can or jar
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the herbs and pat dry. Peel the garlic. Rinse the anchovy fillets in cold water and dry with kitchen paper. Chop the herbs, garlic, anchovy fillets, and pine nuts in a food processor. Gradually stir in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with spaghetti.
