Salmon in a lasagna sheet

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 lasagna sheets, without pre-cooking
  • 2 ports. Salmon fillet(s) (125 g each)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the spinach. Peel and dice the onion. Peel the garlic clove. Sauté the onion in a pan with oil. Add the spinach leaves and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Place everything in a shallow baking dish. Place half of the lasagna sheets on the spinach leaves and press down lightly. Wash the salmon fillets, pat dry, and spread them on the lasagna sheets. Top with the remaining lasagna sheets and press down. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and milk until smooth. Add the dill and parsley. Season to taste with a little lemon juice, pepper, and salt, and pour over the lasagna. All lasagna sheets must be covered with sauce. Bake in the oven at 200°C (170°C fan-assisted oven) for about 30 minutes. Garnish with dill and a few lemon slices.
