Bruschetta Colorful
The perfect bruschetta colorful recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Fresh tomato
- 50 g Parma ham
- 50 g Emmental
- 0,125 piece White onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red leavened sweet peppers
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Bruschetta spice
- 7 disc Baguette
- 7 disc Italian style salami
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then chop them into small cubes and place in a bowl together with the bruschetta seasoning and onions.
- Cut the ham, cheese and paprika into small cubes, add to the tomato cubes and, if necessary. Mix with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the lightly roasted baguette slices with a little olive oil, cover with a salami slice and brush with the tomato, ham, and cheese mixture.
