Bruschetta Colorful

The perfect bruschetta colorful recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Fresh tomato
  • 50 g Parma ham
  • 50 g Emmental
  • 0,125 piece White onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red leavened sweet peppers
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Bruschetta spice
  • 7 disc Baguette
  • 7 disc Italian style salami
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then chop them into small cubes and place in a bowl together with the bruschetta seasoning and onions.
  2. Cut the ham, cheese and paprika into small cubes, add to the tomato cubes and, if necessary. Mix with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the lightly roasted baguette slices with a little olive oil, cover with a salami slice and brush with the tomato, ham, and cheese mixture.
