Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 150 g plain flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, chocolate
- 125 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs (size M)
- 150 g butter, melted, cooled or margarine
- 3 tbsp liqueur (chocolate liqueur)
- 1 banana(s) (overripe bananas are suitable)

Mix the flour with the baking powder and pudding powder and sift into a sealable bowl (at least 3 liters capacity). Mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and melted, cooled butter or margarine. Mash the banana with a fork. Add the banana and chocolate liqueur. Cover the bowl tightly. Shake vigorously several times (about 30 seconds) until all ingredients are well mixed. Stir everything thoroughly with a whisk to ensure any dry ingredients from the edges are incorporated. Spoon the batter into 12 greased muffin cups. Place the muffin cups on the oven rack and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (preheated) for about 25 minutes.
