  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • some olive oil
  • some Maggi
  • some vinegar
  • some mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Flavor explosion against the hangover

Peel the egg, halve it, and set the yolk aside. Hold each egg half firmly in your hand and add a little olive oil, Maggi, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to the cavity. Carefully place the yolk half on top. Now pop this little explosion of flavor all the way into your mouth and chew. My father says it helps you tolerate alcohol better, and it’s definitely a tasty treat. Variation: You can also mix the whole thing together and mash it, or “knead it,” as we call it.
