Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 ml oil, tasteless
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar (preferably less)
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
also as aioli or dip
Combine all ingredients in a tall, narrow mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender. The mayonnaise is ready for potato or pasta salads. Tip: Add a crushed garlic clove to make a perfect aioli.
