Red cabbage – kohlrabi salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ head of red cabbage (approx. 500 g)
  • 2 small kohlrabi
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 g Miracle Whip Balance
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Coarsely grate the red cabbage and kohlrabi and place them in a bowl. Combine the sour cream, Miracle Whip, and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the grated vegetables, mix well, and let it sit for at least an hour.
