Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 onion(s), grated
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 100 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 125 ml soy sauce
  • 125 ml white wine
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spicy barbecue marinade: Mix oil with grated onions thoroughly. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot mustard, and tomato paste and let it sit for a while. This marinade is ideal for chops, spare ribs, or pork steaks. Barbecue marinade for shrimp: Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let it sit for a while. Let the shrimp sit for at least 30 minutes. Barbecue marinade for vegetables: Mix the herbs with the oil and let it sit for a while. Brush the vegetables with it. Barbecue marinade with soy sauce: Peel the onions and slice into rings. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop. Mix the oil, soy sauce, white wine, onions, and garlic. Season with chili powder. Let it sit for a while. This marinade goes well with poultry and pork.
