Chia quark on marinated mango and banana pieces

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ mango(s)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 80 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Let the chia seeds soak in the milk for 10 minutes. Mix the chia milk with 4 tablespoons of sugar and the quark until creamy. Peel the banana and mango and cut into pieces. Sprinkle the pieces with lime juice and half a teaspoon of sugar. Fill the mango and banana into glasses and top with the cream. The dessert can be left to soak for 1 hour, but can also be enjoyed immediately.
