Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g jostaberries
- 1 banana(s)
- 250 g yogurt (10% fat)
- e.g. agave syrup or honey
- some tonka bean shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rinse the jostaberries. Peel the banana. Puree both. Stir in the yogurt, tonka bean zest, and sweetener. Season to taste and serve in glasses.
