Quark dish with raspberries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 400 ml milk
  • 150 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 50 g meringue(s), coarsely crumbled
  • 2 packs of dessert powder (Quarkfein Vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick and very easy dessert

Pour the milk into a bowl, add the quark and low-fat quark, and mix until smooth. Fold in the raspberries. If using frozen raspberries, refrigerate the quark dish for about 2-3 hours to allow them to thaw. Fresh raspberries can be enjoyed immediately. Stir in the crushed meringue pieces before serving. If you like, you can reserve some raspberries and/or meringues and garnish the dessert with them. You can swap out the fruit as desired. Strawberries, cherries, or peaches are also delicious.
