Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thin pork schnitzels
- 4 slice(s) ham, raw
- 4 slices of Gouda
- Mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pound the schnitzels thinly and season with salt and pepper. Then place them side by side. Spread with mustard and top with ham and cheese. Roll up the filled schnitzels tightly. Place the rolls one behind the other and skewer each one with skewers about 3 cm apart. Cut the rolls between the skewers. In summer, you can grill them or fry them in a pan. The thinner the schnitzels, the faster they cook, and the less cheese will leak out.
