Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml coffee, boiled
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 bar of chocolate, high quality
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 3 pinches of chili powder
  • e.g. milk foam
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A spicy drink with chili and cinnamon

Prepare 300 ml of filter coffee. Heat 200 ml of milk over low heat and add the chocolate pieces a little at a time until completely melted, stirring constantly. Add the filter coffee and gently mix it with the chocolate milk. Stir in 2 pinches of cinnamon and then 3 pinches of chili powder for a finishing touch. Pour the chocolate mocha into two glasses. Add milk foam, if desired, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
