Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 70 g coffee powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 40 ml brandy
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 250 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Filter the coffee with the water, then add the brandy. Serve in (pre-warmed) cups. Add sugar to taste. Finally, top each cup with whipped cream.
