Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 0.3 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
- 700 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 pack of bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine the mustard, pepper, syrup, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl. Rub the mixture onto the fillet. Wrap the fillet in bacon and secure with toothpicks. The fillet must be completely wrapped. Grill indirectly with the lid closed for 15 to 20 minutes on each side, or until an internal temperature of 72°C is reached.
