Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 110 g sugar
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the sugar in a saucepan and melt slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until completely dissolved (it shouldn’t turn brown). Then add 3/4 of the milk to the melted sugar. Slowly bring the milk back to a boil so the sugar dissolves again. Mix the remaining milk into the vanilla pudding. When the milk and sugar mixture boils, simply pour in the pudding mix. Let the pudding cook for about 1 minute (stirring constantly). The pudding now needs to cool (stirring regularly, otherwise a skin will form). Stir 1/2 cup of whipped cream into the cooled pudding, and the pudding is ready.
