Creamy cucumber salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp sugar, approx.
  • possibly pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly with a slicer or finely slice it with a knife. Pour the sour cream into a bowl and mix with a little cold water. Add the juice of half a lemon and season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Finely chop the chives and stir everything into the cucumber. Delicious with fish.
