  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can of pear(s)
  • 1 pack of almonds, sliced
  • possibly cherry(s) (imperial cherries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth, then fold in the cream. Drain the pears well, cut them into small pieces, and fold them in. Toast the sliced ​​almonds in a pan without oil and sprinkle them on top. If you like, you can also garnish with pear halves and Kaiser cherries.
