fresh dessert – made easy

First, soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell. Heat the water with the sugar and dissolve the soaked, squeezed-out gelatin in it. The gelatin powder does not need to be soaked. Stir in the orange juice. Slice the bananas and slice the oranges. Then divide the mixture into 4 attractive glasses, pour the juice over them, and let it set. To decorate, whip the cream until stiff, add the vanilla sugar, pipe on, and you’re done.
