Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 300 g mushrooms, drained
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 bell peppers, cut into smaller pieces
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slice(s) cheese, spicy
- Paprika powder
- some garlic powder
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry the mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers in a little oil. Grease four pieces of aluminum foil, place the schnitzels on them, arrange the vegetables on top, and place a slice of ham and cheese on each. Season with garlic and paprika. Seal the packages and place them in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Serve with croquettes and a mixed salad.
