Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 220 g corn semolina
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Bring the milk and butter to a boil, then add the semolina and pumpkin seeds, stirring constantly, and continue cooking until a thick porridge forms. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly and form into equal-sized dumplings. Bring salted water to a boil and simmer the dumplings for about 10 minutes. Strain and drain well.
