Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g currants, black
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 100 g cream
  • n. B. sugar
  • n. B. Tonka bean abrasion
  • 2 lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana. Blend the currants, banana, and cream, then season with sugar and tonka bean zest. Pour into glasses. Garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
