Sausage spaetzle

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 125 g sausage (ham sausage), finely sliced
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped, possibly roasted
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • some water
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

The ingredients are mixed with a little water to form a smooth dough. Then, the dough is scraped into slightly larger spaetzle and placed in a pot of boiling, lightly salted water. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Drain the spaetzle (do not rinse) and arrange them on a plate. Serve with a green salad.
