Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 50 g sugar, alternatively sweetener
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
  • 6 ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the low-fat quark with the buttermilk and sugar or sweetener until smooth. If it’s not sweet enough, you can add more. Peel and slice the bananas. They should be marinated immediately in the lemon juice. Break up the sponge fingers and spread them on the bottom of the glasses, then pour the quark cream on top. Finally, add the lemon-marinated bananas.
