Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g crab
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 slice(s) pineapple
- 50 g mushrooms
- 50 g peas
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 4 drops of Tabasco
- 4 cl vodka
- 1 head of lettuce
- olives
- 1 jar asparagus
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drizzle the crab with lemon juice and let it marinate for a while. Chop the pineapple, mushrooms, and asparagus and add them with the peas. Mix the mayo, Tabasco, ketchup, and vodka together and fold into the crab mixture. Place washed and patted dry lettuce leaves in cocktail glasses, arrange the crab cocktail on top, and garnish with olives.
