Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large orange(s)
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp peppercorns, green
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
tastes very good with penne-arugula salad
Squeeze the orange and add the juice to a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Personally, I like it best with penne and arugula salad.
