Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g white chocolate coating
- 4 tsp cream
- 6 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Roughly chop the chocolate coating. Melt it in a double boiler with the cream, milk, coconut oil, and butter, stirring frequently. Use more or less milk if necessary. Adjust the amount of butter depending on the desired consistency of the cream. After stirring thoroughly, pour the cream into a well-cleaned jar, possibly rinsed with hot water. The cream will firm up once it cools.
