Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- some oil for frying
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 kg gnocchi
- 400 g tomatoes, pureed with herbs
- 1 can of corn
- 2 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- n. B. Cheese, grated

quick and easy to prepare
Brown the ground beef in a little oil. Chop the onions and add them to the ground beef. Season well and add the tomato paste. Add the corn and crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil. Briefly place the gnocchi in boiling water and drain. Then place the drained gnocchi in a baking dish and spread the ground beef mixture over it. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake the casserole at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
