Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized avocado(s), ripe
- 300 g goat’s cheese
- 2 spring onions
- some salt and pepper
- e.g. garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the avocado, halve it, and remove the pit. Mash the flesh with a fork and mix it with the goat’s cheese. Slice the spring onions into rings and mix in. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, if desired.
