Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 jar sour cherries (drained weight 350 g)
- 30 g almond flakes
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of semolina (vanilla semolina pudding)
- 350 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grease a baking dish. Drain the cherries well and transfer them to the dish. Mix the almonds with the vanilla sugar. Prepare the semolina pudding according to the package instructions, using only 350 ml of milk and no stand time. Stir in the egg. Spoon the semolina pudding over the cherries and sprinkle with the almonds. Bake the pudding on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
