Guacamole with mango and mint

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • ½ lime(s), organic
  • 1 chili pepper(s), pitted, amount as desired
  • ⅛ onion(s), red
  • ¼ mango(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped mint, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly agave syrup
  • some mango(s), diced
  • some mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The classic fruity interpretation

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork. Mix the flesh with half a teaspoon of finely grated lime zest and two to three teaspoons of lime juice. Finely dice the chili pepper and onion. Dice the mango flesh (peeled and pitted) a little more coarsely. Mix everything into the avocado mixture and season with salt, pepper, and a little more agave syrup, if desired. Finally, garnish the guacamole with mango cubes and mint. Perfect with taco chips.
