the perfect casserole when you don’t have much time to cook

Brown the minced meat in a pan, season with salt and pepper, dice the onion, and add it to the minced meat. Meanwhile, place the fried potatoes in a slightly higher casserole dish and spread them evenly. When the meat is cooked through, spread them on top of the fried potatoes. Drain the peas and carrots and add them to the minced meat. Mix the hollandaise sauce with a little water to make it a little thinner. Now pour it well over the layered ingredients. Once everything is covered, sprinkle on the cheese. Bake on the middle rack at 200°C for about 25 minutes. If the cheese starts to get too dark, simply place aluminum foil over the casserole.
