Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 1 handful of sage
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 30 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- some sea salt
- some pepper, freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the butter to set. The butter can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. It goes well with roasted or grilled meat.
