Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- ½ onion(s)
- ½ box of cress
- 150 g cream cheese, low-fat
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, mild
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the bell pepper halves and finely dice them. Peel the onion and also dice it. Crush the garlic with a little salt. Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt until smooth and add the prepared vegetables. Season to taste with the chopped cress and the spices.
