  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • some caraway seeds (whole or ground)
  • Parsley

Use leftovers quickly and inexpensively

Slice the cooked potatoes. Mince the leftover sausage with the garlic clove (not too finely). Lightly fry the sliced ​​onion in oil in a pan. Briefly fry the leftover sausage, add the seasonings, and mix in the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Sprinkle with plenty of parsley. Serve with salad.
