Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, boiled
- 400 g sausage, ham, meat, and bacon leftovers
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp marjoram
- some caraway seeds (whole or ground)
- Parsley
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Use leftovers quickly and inexpensively
Slice the cooked potatoes. Mince the leftover sausage with the garlic clove (not too finely). Lightly fry the sliced onion in oil in a pan. Briefly fry the leftover sausage, add the seasonings, and mix in the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Sprinkle with plenty of parsley. Serve with salad.
