Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g cream cheese
  • 1 point cheese (Chester)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party crowd

Blend the cream cheese in a blender, tear the Cheshire cheese into chunks and add it, continuing to mix, then add the finely diced onion and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. If desired, gently stir in small amounts of heavy cream until the desired consistency is reached. The cheese mixture should still be creamy, not runny. Serve with crackers or brown bread. Perfect for almost any party.
