Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 40 g butter or margarine
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Pinch(s) of nutmeg
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and egg, and whisk quickly to avoid lumps. Add the milk and nutmeg and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt. Done 🙂
